Sofia Airport Center is one of the largest office projects in Sofia. Located on 120,000 sqm plot of land at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, it is becoming a favorite place where everyone would like to work. The implemented project meets the latest world practices in the field of architecture and is the first business complex in Bulgaria to have a LEED Gold certificate building – Office Building A2. For the first time in Bulgaria a modular glass facade of prefabricated panels of profile and Glaverbel glass by Reynaers with size 1.25 by 3.90m is used. The height of the offices is 2.85 meters, which creates a feeling of space and freedom. Intelligent building installations

The modern energy-saving air conditioning and ventilation system (HVAC) uses VAV - variable air volume technology, which is controlled by an automatic building management system (BMS). This system is extremely efficient and allows computerized management and control of energy consumption throughout the building. It also allows seasonal hot or cold air to be used for heating or cooling, which reduces operating costs and carbon emissions.

Ideal flooring

The floors are covered with high quality DESSO Essence carpet tiles, which are most effective for office buildings. This type of flooring is characterized by a unique design and exceptional strength.

The complex is fully protected with a stationary fire extinguishing system designed in accordance with European standards for fire protection systems EN 12 845.
