Dear Eng. Sokolov, how does the new logistics building B04 fit into Revetas Capital’s overall strategy for developing Sofia Airport Center as an integrated business and logistics hub?
The construction of the logistics building B04 is a key stage in Revetas Capital’s long-term strategy for developing Sofia Airport Center (SAC) as a new generation integrated business and logistics hub. By adding 5,000 sq m of high-tech warehouse space and 700 sq m of modern offices integrated into the building itself, we are meeting the specific needs of companies in the freight forwarding, distribution and light manufacturing sectors. The plans also include a large-scale renovation of the road infrastructure, which optimizes the functionality of the entire hub, facilitates heavy-duty vehicle traffic and improves connectivity between the individual areas of the complex.
The B04 building project at Sofia Airport Center relies on innovative construction solutions that combine high operational efficiency with sustainable development. A key solution is the integration of an intelligent building management system (BMS), which allows for precise tracking of energy, water and heat consumption by individual zones. Revetas’ plans for Bulgaria are focused on scaling the success of SAC. Our added value is the combination of a prime location and modern infrastructure (shared spaces, parks and services), which creates a complete ecosystem for business.
