Liliya Krasteva was a guest speaker at Balrec 2022
Liliya Krasteva, Country Head Bulgaria & Head of Property Management at Ceres Management Services was a speaker at the Panel 2 of this year's edition of Balrec, the biggest and most influential conference platform in Bulgaria and the surrounding region for the real estate sector.
The panel discussed the hybrid offices: flexible concepts for managing office spaces in an environment of evolving organizational needs. Office-as-a-service as an alternative to traditional leasing models.
Liliya Krasteva talked about the innovations in the complex, created in order to balance the employees’ comfort:
- construction of the Flex-R Lounge, equipped with everything necessary for high-tech process and "home feeling" design;
- high-tech heated gazebos around the lake with free internet;
- construction of a modern outdoor gym, etc.
With all these efforts, the SAC team strives to meet the ever-changing needs of the tenants so as to provide them with comfort, flexibility and coziness.
The aim of the project is to encourage companies and their employees to step beyond their traditional work environment, be it in the new lounge area, on the bench in the papĸ or around the lake.
The project for flexible workspaces is aimed for SAC’s tenants but also for outside companies who can and want to try diversed solutions for their employees in the light of the changing work environment and habits.
