Sofia Airport Center expands with logistics

Owner Revetas Capital is investing 7 million euros in a new building in the first expansion of the business park since 2012. The construction meets the demand of existing tenants, and a Bulgarian company has already leased 65% of the area. The investor is preparing two more buildings within another 57 thousand sq m of logistics space, which can be deployed on the remaining 6 ha of the terrain.
“Currently, the demand is quite serious and is mainly related to the current tenants who want extensions. There is a waiting list in the complex. So we see very serious interest in the logistics market, and from foreign companies - considering that our largest tenants are such,” Yavor Michev, Director of Project Development at CERES Management Services, told Capital.
