Sofia Airport Center has launched a renovation project The Flex-R lounge

Priority is given to the complete rearrangement of the office in order to balance the comfort of the employees. The landlord has the key fields for this process. Its task is to comply with the need for office space to be in line with current sanitary requirements and health work practices. The Flech-R Lounge is the first phase of an investment project of Sofia Airport Center, part of the overall strategy for refurbishment and improvement. It is expected to generate a total of 150 new workstations, which includes the design of individual parts of the building, as well as the addition of extra equipment. The mission of the project is allow companies and their employees to expand beyond the traditional workplace. The development project for flexible work starionsis aimed at companies that can and do want to try different solutions for their employees.

 Combined with all the requirements for distance and safety, the work areas will be separated by plastic windows. A small library is also provided. More vending machines from the new generation are also planned - with completely contactless access. This will be a hot and cold drink, as well as healthy drinks for everyone, who want to break the standard model of working day. All of these enhancements are intended to provide a new and distinct experience in the office.
