Fly2Sky is the new tenant in Sofia Airport Center
What sets Fly2Sky apart from its competitors is its flexible work model, which makes it suitable for highly personalized services, including non-scheduled air transport services to scheduled and non-scheduled airlines, corporate clients, and government bodies. This way the aircraft operator augments the already established markets.
Fly2Sky has over 100 employees, operates in 27 countries and has over 6,000 charter and 965 cargo flights under its belt.
SAC’s partnership with this aircraft operator is a testament to the scale of the services that the business complex can offer to its impressive range of tenants – global business leaders, in various industries: telecommunications, information security, manufacturing, distribution, and more.
The Sofia Airport Center mixed-use project includes 47,000 sqm of offices and logistics buildings and guarantees a new and different kind of business environment in a unique live-work-play concept for the Bulgarian market. The complex has a spacious and well-maintained park, which contributes to the harmony between nature and business. The 9,000 sq m park includes a picturesque lake inhabited by colourful Japanese carp, symbolizing success, progress, and achieving high goals. The park also features high-tech gazebos, which are often used by employees for outdoor recreation and lunch or business meetings. A state-of-the-art, outdoor gym located on the property is also available to tenants.
In addition to the outdoor workspaces, Sofia Airport Center has invited nature in the actual buildings, too. The cutting-edge Flex-R shared workspace is also available to tenants. It offers 50 workstations, free internet, and a conference room, while resembling a botanical garden, with a ceiling over 15 metres high.
